Adam Davenport | Managing director

Adam Davenport has been a Director of Loop Technology since purchasing the company in 2005. Now as Managing Director of Loop Technology he brings high- level IT Management expertise to the company.

Prior to his Managing Director role at Loop, Adam was most recently Managing Director of Cellnet, an ASX listed, market-leading distributor of telecommunications, audio visual and information technology products in Australia and New Zealand.

Adam has also held the position of Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand for NASDAQ listed Kanbay Inc, a software development and systems integrator. Their specialised security and remote access business was in fact the birthplace for the current Australian-owned Loop Technology, acquired by Adam Davenport in partnership with Executive Director Danny Sargeant.

Furthermore, Adam has held the role as CEO for Blue Star Group, the Australian subsidiary of NASDAQ listed USOP Inc - a US $3b office products and IT distribution company.

Adam Davenport also brings international experience to Loop Technology having previously worked as Regional Vice President (Europe region) for Getronics, a European $3.5 billion global IT systems integrator and services company.

When asked why Adam Davenport took on the role of Managing Director of Loop Technology, his response is simple. ‘This company is in a great place in the market. We are a company with a solid background in IT Security and strong internal resources and expertise. Danny Sargeant | Executive Director
Bachelor of Commerce

Previously Chief Executive of Getronics Australia and more recently interim Chief Executive of publicly listed Allied Technologies Group, Danny brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to Loop Technology.

Rob Clarke | Sales and Marketing Director
Bachelor Business Marketing (RMIT)

Rob is responsible for the development of Loop Technology’s security business nationwide, through the sales and marketing teams. Rob has over 10 years of experience providing leading security solutions to large government and corporate clients throughout Australia.

PHIL PAWLEY | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Phil has been CFO at Loop Technology for nearly three years and before that held senior financial positions in a range of other industries in both Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Phil is a key member of the executive leadership team, providing guidance on all financial and commercial issues. His responsibility includes recommending and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability of the company.

Michael Aboltins | TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

Michael is what we at Loop like to refer to as our IT Security 'evangelist'. He stays on top of emerging trends and technologies, and continually updates the Loop team about the IT Security landscape. He has over 15 years Implementation and consultative experience in networked and security systems in SMB, enterprise and government organisations. He is experienced in the planning, testing and installation of a variety of IT Security systems in many organisations and oversees our core vendor technology set which we offer to our clients. He also works closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to ensure that we are providing the best IT Security infrastructure for a range of security requirements.

LOUIS RABON | NATIONAL SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Louis Rabon heads up a skilled team of Pre-Sales and Delivery Engineers across Australia. He has been an IT Professional for over 14 years, with 8 years experience in Information Security. Louis’ skills range from the technical (Incident Handling, Penetration Testing) to the administrative (Auditing, Policy Review).

As a long time technology professional, Louis has experience with a diverse range of environments over many different industries. He has helped many leading global companies secure their networks in the United States, Europe and Australia. In addition, he has an understanding of the business processes that are necessary in a corporate environment and understands the fact that security should be an enabler for organisations. 

Daniel Hooper | Lead Information Security Consultant
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)/ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Daniel Hooper leads the Consulting team at Loop Technology, bringing a thorough and sound understanding of the challenges faced by companies seeking to effectively manage Information Security risks and technology. As a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and with previous career history as an Information Security Manager, his career in the Information Security industry has spanned over 10 years.

Anne-Marie Uys | Licensing and Maintenance Manager

Anne-Marie is responsible for our successful Licensing & Maintenance Renewal business and has been with Loop Technology for over  5 years. She understands the intricacies of technology licensing and heads up a team of experts who simplify this process for a huge range of technology products and some of Australia’s largest organisations.
